I’m Finesse Luna, founder of Clara Lane. For more than 25 years, I’ve poured my heart into hospitality—building restaurants, shaping teams, and creating spaces where people feel seen, cared for, and connected. I’m so glad you’re here.
My career began in 1995, when I became the youngest General Manager in Ruby Tuesday history. A few years later I joined Lettuce Entertain You at the Mall of America, taking on leadership roles across concepts like Tucci Bennuch, The Crepe Stand, and Twin City Grill. Those years helped me find my voice as a leader and taught me how much I loved creating spaces that people returned to again and again. In 2014, my husband, Angel, and I were invited to help open 6Smith in Wayzata—an opportunity that allowed us to roll up our sleeves and build a restaurant from the ground up; spending over a decade guiding its culture, culinary vision, and guest experience as it became a true community favorite.
Hospitality has always been personal for me. I grew up surrounded by food, family, and tradition—cooking with my grandmothers, fishing with my grandfather, and gathering around tables filled with stories and laughter. Today, that same spirit continues around our own family table with Angel and our three children—Anthony, Eva, and Luca—who have grown up in the business and inspire everything we create. Their curiosity, humor, and heart remind us why connection matters most.
As a lifelong lover of wine and food pairing, stepping away from alcohol didn’t mean I wanted to give up the experience of enjoying a beautiful, well-crafted beverage. A few years ago, I made the decision to remove alcohol from my life—a choice rooted in clarity, wellness, and wanting to be fully present for my family, my work, and myself. What I quickly realized was how limited the options were for sophisticated non-alcoholic drinks in most restaurants—and how much stigma still surrounded the decision to stop drinking. That realization sparked both frustration and inspiration: celebration doesn’t require alcohol, and mindful drinkers deserve options that feel elevated, intentional, and beautiful.
Clara Lane was born from that belief—a destination for sophisticated non-alcoholic wines, functional beverages & spirits (coming soon!) that honor ritual, elevate everyday moments, and make everyone feel included in the celebration.
My hope is simple: to offer an experience that reflects my journey and invites others to embrace clarity, connection, and the kind of hospitality that feels personal, inclusive and full of heart.
