Return Policy

We hope you love your Clara Lane selections. Because our products are consumable, we can’t accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email finesse@finesseluna.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit—your choice.
