Kolonne Null alcohol-free wines are produced by gentle vacuum distillation dealcoholization, removing alcohol from selected wines. Vacuum distillation has the advantage that the alcohol evaporates at 30°C. Next, aroma recovery begins to capture the natural aromas of the wine. In this way, the character and unique style of each wine is preserved. They never use artificial flavors or colors.
