Noughty Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay

Noughty Non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavor of this beautifully crafted bottle,  100% organically grown Chardonnay grapes from sandy and calcareous vineyards located in southern Spain. Elegant pale color with a crisp and ripe apple nose. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.

Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
